The color is now almost pink and the bouquet has incredible notes of fallen leaves and underbrush while a dirge of boletaceae sensations wraps the nostrils. The longer the wine stays in the glass the more you want to catch every enhanced nuance. There are also aromatic hints of cacao, roots, bergamot and dried flowers, all hushed. The mouthfeel is by now totally rounded, very fine and almost tactilely impalpable.
