The color is still lively with only a few garnet nuances with an aroma definitely orientated towards bark and roots with some lovely spice notes of black pepper and cloves and with breathing smoky nuances. The mouthfeel is almost rounded, twinkly and soft with a surprising acidity holding it up and an impressive persistence.
