Made from organically cultivated Montonico grapes and aged in stainless steel with the wine sitting on the lees for 3-4months. The wine has a distinct straw-yellow color and an intense and clear aroma once it has aired a bit, a necessity since it was only recently bottled. The bouquet has notes of white flowers, yellow and white fruit and a touch of anise and fresh herbs. The mouthfeel is flavorful and fresh with a nice saline acidity and a finish that has a return of white flowers.
