Made using only Sangiovese and aged for 30 months in medium-sized Slavonian-oak barrels and small French-oak casks and then an additional six months in the bottle. The wine has an intense and bright ruby color and a strong aroma of black cherry, violet and a little currant. The mouthfeel is flavorful with a thick texture and a lovely progression with the tannins and acidity holding each other in balance. A satisfying and convincing drop with a classy finish.
