Made from Dolcetto grapes and matured in stainless steel. A ruby-purple color. The aroma has scents of violent, plum and mature flowers to then become rounded with notes of pepper and cocoa. The mouthfeel is straightforward, taut and made pungent by the acidity with evident tannins in the finish, which is pleasingly dry, bitterish and clean.
