A Traditional Method sparkling wine made from mostly Pinot Noir with a small addition of Chardonnay in the blend. It has a clear, yellow color and a thick and continuous effervescence. The aroma is typical with characteristic notes of yeast along with accents of strawberry and plum and some light smoky scents in the background. The mouthfeel is agile, fresh, pleasing and dangerously easy to drink.
