Made from Carricante grapes and aged in wood, this wine has a pale, straw-yellow color and an intense aroma with fresh notes of gooseberry, celery and yellow flowers together with a touch of hydrocarbon. The mouthfeel is intense and saline with sensations of pink salt, a nice acidity and a compact and flavorful texture. The aftertaste has hints of white fruit.
