100% Sauvignon grapes. Refined in stainless steel. Straw yellow with green highlights. “The” quintessential Sauvignon and this is one of the best vintages ever. Delightfully typical nose of kiwi, mango, white peach, nettles and light smoke provided by the complete breakdown of the yeasts. Saline, full, fresh, good body, well balanced. Excellent persistence. An extraordinary wine.
