Blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes. Organic. Matures in 25% new barriques for 18 months. Dark and dense ruby red color. Very intense and fruity aromas of black cherries, wildberry jam, chocolate, then fresh notes of Mediterranean scrub, hints of licorice. Fresh and rich taste, smooth and soft, wide and savory for crunchiness of the fruit. The woody notes are well blended in even if the wine is still very young. Again notes of licorice in the finish.
