A 60% blend of Piedirosso, Aglianico and Sciascinoso and 40% blend of local grapes which were raggiera and espalier-trained. The wine ages in stainless steel and has a lively ruby color and a bouquet of strawberry, red currant and wild herbs. The effervescence is light and the mouthfeel fresh with just a hint of tannins and a long finish.
