The wine is made from Vermentino grapes and ages in amphoras. It has classic floral and fruit aromas along with an interesting iodine nuance. The mouthfeel is saline, taut, slightly tannic and has a very deep and complex finish. A white wine with a strong personality and which is technically impeccable.
