    100% Glera. Charmat method for 6 months, then 18 months in the bottle. Bright yellow color, thick and continuous bubbles. Complex, very fragrant, extremely clear notes of flowers, broom flowers, whitehorn, then bread crust, yellow plums, renette apples. Agile and dynamic tsate, creamy foam, almost sensual on the palate. A true masterpiece.
