A great classic, overall the best of the tasting. It was very typical beginning with the color, with notes of yeast in the aroma followed by distinct scents of citron, medlar and acacia flower. The mouthfeel was spirited, with a body made taut by an acidity that makes it elegant and easy to drink. An excellent persistence.
