Müller Thurgau 2013

Wine has been made at the Novacella Augustinian abbey since 1142 and today it is an active and lively convent in Varna, not far from Bolzano, in Alto Adige. The wine is fermented and aged in steel and has a delicate and lucent straw-yellow color that introduces an equally pleasing bouquet of recognizable scents of summer fruit cocktail, magnolia and fresh aromatic herbs. The mouthfeel is slender and agile, fresh and saline.
