Moro 2011

This is a blend of 80% Greco Moro and 20% Greco Bianco that undergoes a double fermentation with some 30% of the grapes fermented and aged in barriques and the rest in stainless steel. It has a lively nose of lime, peach, passion fruit and yellow flowers, while the mouthfeel is full-bodied and softer with an acidic-pungent grip and a pleasing minerality in which can be found notes of exotic fruit, a return of yellow flowers and balsamic accents.
