While this may not be this estate's showcase wine it is yet another demonstration that Willi Struz knows how to make wines other than Gewurztraminer. This Moriz 2012 (mostly steel with a small part in big barrels) is fresh, juicy and nicely full-bodied which goes well with a distinct saltiness and a long and delicately spicy finish.
