It is almost embarrassing how young and good this wine is. The color is a relatively bold yellow with brash, young green reflections. The aroma is explosive, difficult to explain. The splendid floral bouquet has great intensity with scents of iris, wisteria, daisy and gladiola. The balsamic component is beautiful, captivating and continuous as it runs through a floral symphony in the background. The essence of this wine is its unique minerality. The sharp acidity makes the mouthfeel almost cutting and the structure is huge, true to the style of this blessed land. A wine with everything needed to give unreserved pleasure to the palate.
