Undoubtedly the best interpreter of this vintage along with Ramonet. The wine has a sparkling yellow color and looks as if it was just bottled. The bouquet is formidable and varied, easily hopping between notes of wild flowers and medicinal and aromatic herbs, especially sage and oregano. If it is at all possible, breathing in the glass allows the aroma to become even more articulated and as the wine warms the intensity becomes outrageous. The salinity and minerality make the mouthfeel stupendous and, despite the unusual structure, very fresh. A wine of sublime elegance.
