Montiano 2000

This wine is 100% Merlot, correctly stored in my cellar, after quite a long aging it confirmed the positive memories I had about it although with some substantial differences. For example, I remembered it being softer and more fleshy, while in my glass I found a rigorous and austere wine, a serious DR0P, with a balsamic and iodized nose and a burnt background. The color tended towards a dark red with a slightly faded edge.
