Just looking at it you can tell this has all the right stuff. The color is a quite bold yellow with green and yellow reflections and yet all mature. The aroma has ripe white fruit, hawthorn and resin. The flavor starts off violently sweet but not in a commonplace way and it is not sickly sweet, thanks to the freshness and saltiness of the mouthfeel. Altogether a very lovely wine.
