A bright, straw-yellow color and an intriguing and complex aroma with notes of anise, lychees and gooseberry along with classic scents of white flowers and peach, The mouthfeel is bold and austere with an intense progression that is not too sweet thanks to a nice acidity and a saline streak. The finish is rich and intense with a better persistence than the others.
