    Most of the grapes used ferment in stainless steel vats and the rest in barriques, where the wine ages. The wine has a medium, straw-yellow color and the aroma is finely floral. The mouthfeel is ‘strange’ with its interchanging salty and sweet notes but it has body and substance.
