Up until 1999 this wine was only made in stainless steel. Today it has a particularly dark, straw-yellow color, the mouthfeel has some problems of freshness and is perhaps more broad than long although, all things considered, it remains truly interesting. The balsamic aroma, on the other hand, raises the bar with scents of candied fruit and it is even a bit spicy. Truly a good wine.
