Made from Garganega. I would like to say to my friends at AIS that when they
only awarded this wine a “Three Grape Cluster” rating they did it a really incomprehensible injustice. In fact it is a gutsy and perfectly-crafted Soave. It has a bright straw yellow colour and clean, intense aromas, with notes of wild herbs, yellow plums, medlars and Limoncella apples. Its fruit is full and forthright, well sustained by acidity that makes it very easy to drink. It has good persistence on the finish. Serve it at 10°C together with spaghetti with clam sauce, baked turbot or raw shellfish.
