A blend of 50% Baincatenera, 30% Ginestra and 20% Pepella that has a straw-yellow color and aromas of fresh bergamot, lemon leaf, rosemary and moss. The subtle mouthfeel has a cutting acidity and is brackish and deep with a distinct and persistent iodine finish. A wine you risk falling madly in love with. Bottles produced: 2,000.
