Fiano Minutolo. This vintage is almost a contradiction of what I just wrote above, a much more expressive year. Even the color is slightly more intense, as is the bouquet which is more varied and better defined. The taste is even lovely, relatively more full-bodied, more important, without losing any of its freshness and drinkability. Could it be the vines are coming of age?
