Fiano Minutolo. The color is even more faded, almost transparent, the aroma less intense and less complex than the previous one with a flavor that is, if possible, even less expressive. Perhaps the product of a poor year. Frankly speaking, I think one should expect more from a Minutolo from this area in terms of complexity and taste. The only saving grace is a nice bouquet of fresh flowers and grass, together with a nice acidity. While this is something, it is not enough for me.
