A blend of 75% Piedirosso and 25% Aglianico that is fermented in cement and then ages for six months in amphorae and one month in the bottle. It has a ruby color and an aroma with vegetal notes and clear scents of blueberry and cherry. The mouthfeel is full, saline and fresh with nicely calibrated tannins emerging in a finish that has a nice persistence.
