    This Traditional Method spent 80 months on the lees which gave it the vertical elegance of a great bubbly. Made only from Durella grapes, the wine has a bouquet of floral and elegant sensations and notes of citrus and flint. The mouthfeel is fresh, distinct and smoky, lithe and vertical, with a dynamic progression and a very persistent, flavorful and smoky finish.
