Only 5,000 magnums were made of this blend of six Vittorio Moretti Reserve wines with equal percentages of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay - 1984, 1988, 1991, 1995, 2001 and 2002 – bottled at the beginning of 2003 and disgorged in the spring of 2015. In the glass, the wine has a bright color with golden reflections and a pronounced and complex aromatic profile rich in notes of frangipane and elder flower, acacia honey and jasmine, walnut and gooseberry and tangerine together with fruity and balsamic nuances. The mouthfeel has a balance between its opulence, boldness and light freshness making it both sumptuous and vertical with flavors of barley, gingerbread and slightly toasted almond. The progression has vibrant citrus sensations and is dynamic and intriguing, with a ceaseless crescendo of iridescent nuances.
