Memor 2007

This is one of the best Gioia del Colle Primitivo wines in circulation. It is unique for its structure and personality, a wine that stands out in a crowd. The color is almost black, as thick as oil, while the bouquet is an explosion of marasca cherries under spirit and prune jam. The flavor is soft, rotund, as redundant as a fine old Port and, in fact, it is excellent with aged or sharp cheese.
