Made mostly from Syrah grapes grown in five different vineyards, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages in both steel and barriques. It has an intense, well-defined, clean and direct aroma that unites the fruit of black cherry and raspberry with pepper spice. The mouthfeel is full, resonating, with a lovely upholding acidity and crunchy tannins. The finish is mineral and long.
