This wine is made using an ancient variety of grape which is indigenous to the central region of Lazio, more specifically Val di Comino. It ages in steel and has a pleasing fruity bouquet of pineapple, medlar and nectarine along with a touch of ginger. The mouthfeel is fresh, agile and taut and this nicely persists through the finish.
