Maso Martis Dosaggio Zero 2009

Made from 70% chardonnay grapes and 30% pinot noir. Its delicate bubbles illuminate a pale yellow color, terse the way only some days in the mountains can be. The particular nature of this wine is clear from its aroma – which is then clearly confirmed in its flavor – that opens with a floral and citrus component, on a slightly vegetal background, with an attack that is dry and precise. The taste is fresh and pungent, inflexible and demanding as a magistrate (should be) while the close is tasty and persistent.
