An excellent red, an acceptable price and a little bit dangerous because it is so easy to drink. It has an intense and thick ruby color, typical aromas of cherry, also in jam form, and a full-bodied, soft, wrapping and warm mouthfeel.
Serve at 18°C with classic Abruzzo lamb kabobs as well as roast beef or pappardelle pasta with game sauce.
