This Mardrolisai 2010 (40% Bovale, 30% Cannonau and 30% Monica) is simply delicious. The aroma has fresh scents of Mediterranean brush and spice while the mouthfeel is juicy and mineral with a robust acidic streak but which remains perfectly balanced. The tannins are very fine and overall the wine is a lovely drop. While the complexity may not be great, it was pleasing with a nice persistence.
