Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes cultivated at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level and aged in stainless steel vats. The wine has a pale, straw-yellow color and an intense and clear aroma with typical notes of sage and passion fruit with hints of anise and green tomato. The mouthfeel is also intense with a broad and flavorful texture, a nice acidity and a sensation of passion fruit that remains throughout the persistent aftertaste. Excellent drinkability.
