Malvasia Istriana 2010

This is a bold white, with an alcoholic content of over 14%, that goes very well with salami and prosciutto. It has a golden-yellow color, almost solar, and its bouquet is quite aromatic with scents of roses and yellow fruit and a warm, enveloping flavor which leads into a very typical almond-flavored finish. This is a splendid and rustic white wine which represents the zone of Collio and the area of Pradis, between Cormons and Capriva. And it is produced by a charming character like Sandro Princic, a real institution for that area's wine-making sector.
