A clear, pale yellow color. An aroma dominated by slightly aromatic scents, a floral bouquet of white peaches and medlar, with a very sharp background of fresh almonds and a hint of vanilla. It is taut and very tasty, full of spirit and character, its aftertaste has a vibrant personality, rich and persistent. Aged in wood barrels for 12 months.
