Maharis 2012

A rich and intriguing Syrah the grapes of which are from low-pruned vines that are almost next to the sea. The color is a dense red with prune reflections and the bouquet is indulgent and opulent, with scents of sour cherry and blueberry, balsamic notes, laurel and cloudberry. The mouthfeel is broad and bold, with rotund and polished tannins, notes of cacao and spice with the freshness of underbrush and a very long finish.
