A blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier, Madame Martis sits on the lees for ten years. The aroma has slightly oxidized notes but also scents of red fruits and honey along with briny and smoked whiffs. The mouthfeel is very creamy and mineral, with a nice acidity that makes the structure dynamic.
