An equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this traditional method bubbly has a clear, golden color and a fine and abundant effervescence. The bouquet has a lot of fragrant and wrapping yeast scents along with those of yellow plum, gooseberry and citron. The mouthfeel is saline, creamy acidulous, taut, very pleasing, fresh, subtle and long.
