The best Frascati and the top of the line from Fontana Candida, a blend of Candia grapes, Lazio Malvasia, Bombino, Greco and Trebbiano Toscano which ages in oak barrels. It has a clear, golden-yellow color, intense and wrapping aromas of wild flowers, anise, golden delicious apples and yellow plumb. The mouthfeel is full, warm, salty, wrapping and very persistent. A great wine to pair with fettuccine with mushrooms and should be served at a temperature of 10°C.
