A pale, straw-yellow color with green reflections. A modern and undoubtedly well-made version that has an aroma with a tad of reduction at the beginning before the bouquet opens to notes of boxwood, a hint of star anise and eucalyptus ahead of floral scents of white and yellow flowers. The mouthfeel has a nice acidity and is lithe, very satisfying and tasty with an intense finish consistent with the aroma.
