    Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes. Classic method, 40 months on the yeasts. Light yellow color. Very elegant and continuous bubbles. Delicate aromas of gooseberry, citrus and hints of flint. Very pleasant taste, fresh, juicy and elegant with savory progression and good length.
