Made from Sangiovese grapes. The color is an intense ruby. The aroma is already complex, clean, delicate, wrapping, with notes of black cherry, violet and vanilla. The flavor is youthful with a flourishing tannic component followed by a marked acidity and an abundant alcohol/glycerin mass that buffers and balances the profile. Complex, taut, truly an excellent wine, the produce of a difficult season that was more favorable to drier zones.
