A blend of 90% Vermentino and the rest Sauvignon Blanc, It ages exclusively in steel and has a clear, yellow color with fragrant, fruity scents of yellow plum and peach. The flavor is very pleasing, light and easy to drink, especially if served cold, at 8°C. Pair with seafood appetizers, grilled bass or pasta with clams.
