A truly lovely wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This should say it all. However, it is important to add that this is a certified organic winery and that the wine is only 12.5% alcohol. For those who live and work in southern Italy these are very important factors. Being use to wines with higher alcoholic contents I should not be drawn to wines which are so slender, so 'poor', as my fellow townsmen would wrongly say. Yet this is a wine that lacks nothing; for sure a wine to guzzle down.
