Made from Barbera grapes. If I had to choose a red which has a truly exceptional price/quality ratio I would not hesitate to pick this splendid Barbera. Its color is a bright, thick ruby red. The nose is rich and nicely complex, with scents of slightly smoked fruits. The taste is full, solid, warm and persistent.
