    Made from Malvasia Puntinata grapes that are usually picked in during the first ten days of November and are then left to dry on mats in the winery. The wine ferments for 15 days under controlled temperatures before maturing for 18 months in 100-liter kegs. The wine has a bright, intense canary-yellow color and an explosive aroma of ripe white fruit, honey and Mediterranean brush with some smoky nuances. The mouthfeel is not too sweet, saline and very fresh, enticing another sip. This could become a great classic. *0.375 bottles.
